DermaDonut® Warranty

Thank you for choosing our DermaDonut® devices, the revolutionary portable skincare line for at-home pampering. We stand behind the quality and performance of our product, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This warranty outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage for the DermaDonut® devices. Please read it carefully.

Warranty Coverage:

We provide a 30-day limited warranty for our DermaDonut® devices from the date of receipt. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Warranty Benefits:

If your DermaDonut® device is determined to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the device with a new or refurbished unit, free of charge. Any replacement unit will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original device.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident.
• Unauthorized modification or repair attempts.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual.
• Damage caused by use of unauthorized accessories or incompatible power sources.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hello@dermadonut.com. Our representatives will guide you through the warranty process, including troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, arranging for the return of the device. Please retain your original proof of purchase for warranty validation purposes.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any DermaDonut® devices as described above. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the device, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of revenue.

Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of Nevada, United States of America. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America.
