30-Day Refund Policy for DermaDonut® Devices and Gels

At DermaDonut®, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. This 30-Day Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for DermaDonut® devices and gels.
Eligibility for Refund:
1.1 Unused and Undamaged Products: To be eligible for a refund, the DermaDonut® device or gel must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging, just the way it was received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition.
1.2 Within 30 Days of Purchase: Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests or issue refunds.
Return Process:
2.1 Contact Customer Support: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@dermadonut.com. Provide your order details, including the order number and date of purchase, along with a clear explanation for the refund request.
2.2 Return Authorization: Upon receiving your refund request, our customer support team will assess your eligibility for a refund. If approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number and provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2.3 Packaging and Shipment: Please ensure that the DermaDonut® device or gel is securely packaged in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included. Ship the product back to us using a reliable and trackable shipping method, and remember to include the RA number on the return package.
Refund Process:
3.1 Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1. If the product is deemed unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund.
3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that any shipping fees or associated costs incurred during the initial purchase or return shipment will not be refunded.
3.3 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 21 days from the date we receive the returned product. The actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
Exclusions:
Please note that this refund policy specifically applies to DermaDonut® devices and gels that have not been used or damaged. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used, tampered with, or not in their original packaging.
